In today’s Meet The Team Spotlight, it is our pleasure to introduce you to our Sales Coordinator, Mandie Taylor.

How long have you been part of the San Rufo Homes team?
7 years 

What is your job role and what does your day-to-day look like?
I am the Sales Coordinator; I work directly with the sales team for all of their needs. I manage all of our client contracts at the beginning of the purchase process. Dealing with banks and deposits etc, whatever it takes to get the deal firm and sent off to drafting.  I also take care of all showhome needs, from conception, design, set up and grand opening as well as anything that the sales team needs in order to make their jobs easier.

What is your favourite part of taking clients through the buying process?
When it goes smooth as butter and the clients are over the moon excited and happy about their new home!

What is your favourite home model?
Kayson & Jarron as they are named after 2 of my sons

What’s your one must-have feature in a home?
Huge kitchen with a window at the sink – in floor heating is nice too.

For you, what is the best part of the custom home building process?
The option to choose, if you can dream it we can build it.

What’s one piece of advice for a first-time home buyer?
Always get pre-approved before starting to look, always maximize square footage and get all structural upgrades before “lipstick” upgrades.

What’s a fun fact about you?
I have a very busy house – three sons aged 15, 20 & 22, a 19 yr old niece and a 19 yr old girlfriend in my home. Never a dull moment at the Taylor house.  Oh also, I am a “retired” New home sale rep, I’ve sold new homes for 17 years but I prefer looking after the sales reps instead – must be the motherly side of being a Cancer! They don’t call me mama Mandie for nothing!
